A Journey of Re-Aligning My Business: Letting Go, Transforming, and Making Space

For the past few weeks, I’ve been deep in a process - one that felt massive at first but was so necessary for the next level-up in my business. I’ve been figuring out what in my business needs to stay, what needs to go, and what needs to transform to align with the direction I’m moving toward.

At first, it felt like a huge task. But I knew it had to happen.

So, I started working on it or rather couldn’t stop myself from diving into it 😅

Realizing Just How Much I’ve Created

The minute I started, I realized just how much I’ve created over the past two years. It’s a lot. So much that sometimes I forget the sheer number of things I’ve built 😆

And the biggest challenge? What do I let go of?🫠

Some things were easy. I was no longer energetically aligned with them. Nothing wrong with the content -it was good.... but it no longer felt like something I wanted to hold on to.

But some things? Some things were harder to let go of.

Not because I was emotionally attached to them, but because they were damn good. The content inside them was solid. Even if i wasn't aligned, they would still help someone.

But I had to make a choice:

  • Do I keep it, even if it doesn’t fully align with me anymore?

  • Do I archive it, knowing it might serve a purpose later?

  • Or do I just let it go completely?

Freaking tough decisions 🥲

The Stuff That Needed to Transform

Then there were the things that were too good to let go of but needed to change. Things I still believed in, but needed to be transformed into a different format or a different way of being shared.

The main thing for me was making space for the things that truly felt right to keep.

And even more than that - I did not want to carry the weight of offers I wasn’t actively selling.

The feeling of knowing I had amazing things sitting there, but not putting them out into the world? That was an energy drain I wasn’t willing to deal with anymore 😪

So, my biggest decision-making question became:

Do I still want to sell this?

If the answer was no, then the next question was:

What am I going to do with it?

Each thing I created went through the scrutiny, needed me to be brutal and make quick decisions🫠 Not an easy task lol.

Breaking an Old Pattern

There was another thing on my mind btw 👀

For years, I’ve noticed that between March and June, I tend to go into revamp mode.... fixing, restructuring, reworking everything.

And then?

Once it’s done... putting all the effort until it’s "perfect" (yes, in big sarcastic air quotes) - I lost all interest. I was actually done with it 🙄

But this time, I wasn’t going to do that again.

I wanted to be more mindful and conscious not to repeat this pattern.

I did not want to spend time, effort, or energy on things that wouldn’t even matter to me in the long run.

And this was such a strong feeling that I believe helped me see clearly.

Not end up doing busy work that was unnecessary 😒

So, I knew my decisions had to be strategic... but more importantly, they had to be energetic.

Because my mind alone wasn’t going to solve this.

Coz the mind? It’s calculative, risk-aware, and logical but this wasn’t a logic-only decision. It doesn’t know the big picture. It can't see what's coming.

I needed some level of thinking to make the right call.

But, I needed intuition and inner wisdom to ensure it made sense in the long run.

The Game-Changing Decision

So, I sat with myself. I meditated. I tuned in.

I checked in to see what I was being called to do, energetically.

And uff... That changed everything 🥺

Because what came through? Wasn’t something my mind could have figured out 👀

The clarity, the direction, the knowing of what needed to stay, what needed to go, and what needed to shift .... it all came through in a way that my mind alone could never have given me.

And that’s the thing about running a business from an energetic perspective.

It’s not about forcing decisions.

It’s not about overanalyzing until you feel stuck.

It’s about knowing when to get quiet, tune in, and listen.

And that’s exactly what I did.

That’s exactly how I knew what needed to happen next.

Realizing That No Effort Is Wasted

And the biggest insight?

Even if I’ve created so much.... even if I let things go, even if I archive them, even if I never use them again - none of it was in vain.

Because everything I’ve put energy into?

It has already made an impact.

At some point, in some way, it contributed to my journey.

It shaped how I create, how I teach, how I share my work.

It led me to this very moment... where I can decide, with clarity, what actually matters.

And this is something I’ve seen again and again.

Sometimes, things don’t make sense right now but later?

Later, they come back in a way I never expected.

Some ideas resurface. Some evolve. Some are meant to serve their purpose and be released.

And that’s okay.

The Truth About Creating Too Much

And here’s the realization that hit me:

The problem was never that I created too much ❤️

I’ve probably not even put out everything I’ve created because sometimes the energy was high momentarily, and then it just dwindled away before I ever launched it.

Coz here's the thing: Some ideas are seeds.

They don’t all bloom at the same time. Some will take months or years before they come back in a new form.

Not everything you create is meant to have the same level of impact.

Not everything is meant to be big.

But if you sit around waiting for that one perfect idea that’s going to change your entire business?

That doesn’t happen. That’s not how this works 😒

You have to keep creating, keep putting things out there. Because you don’t get to choose which one is the game-changer.

The idea itself has its own life.

And this is why I don’t regret creating any of it.

I loved creating every single thing.

I loved seeing it help people, whether in small or big ways.

And now?

I’m also okay with letting them go.

Because I trust that whatever is meant to stay, evolve, or return... it will.

The Creator and the Cleaner

A friend of mine jokingly said it perfectly: I’ve created this huge, chaotic mess... like a child playing with every toy in the room.

And now? I’m also the mother cleaning it all up 🤪

But you know what? That’s okay.

Because this process... the creating, the clearing, the aligning - it allows me to keep being a limitless creator 😍

This is energetic business.

You create, but you also align.

You let things have their own lifespan.

You recognize when something has run its course and decide what to do next.

That’s exactly what I’m doing now. I’ll be spending the next few months fully shifting and integrating all these changes.

What It Means to Run an Energetic Business

This is why this process matters so much.

Not just for me, but for anyone who wants to run a business in a way that actually aligns with them.

Because this isn’t about cutting things mindlessly or trying to “optimize” a business purely from a strategic standpoint, ughhh 😒

This is about making space for what’s truly aligned ❤️

It’s about trusting that the things that need to stay will stay and the things that need to go will leave with grace.

It’s about creating from a place of expansion, not from a place of fear, pressure, or obligation.

And that’s why this entire process is not just about business.

It's about stepping deeper into alignment with the way I want to create, lead, and show up ✨️

So That’s Where I’m At..

This whole process of figuring out what stays, what goes, what needs to evolve has been a mix of clarity, chaos, alignment, and deep energetic honesty.

It wasn’t easy. But it was necessary.

And now, there’s space.

There’s lightness.

There’s movement again ❤️
