She Was Always In You: Awaken the Divine Feminine & Reclaim Your Power

Up until a year ago, I honestly couldn’t understand what people meant by feminine energy.

If you're like me and identified as the “driven one” or the “ambitious one,” then you probably get what I’m saying.

I was always on the go - next task, next goal, next thing to check off the list.

Hustling. Thinking. Doing.

I lived in my head. I was analytical, efficient, constantly moving. And I genuinely thought that was a good thing.

Softness? Receiving? Rest? Intuition?

They were just words. Nice-sounding, but totally foreign to how I operated.

And sure, the constant hustle and drive worked.... for a while.

Until I kept hitting the same wall: burnout.

Over and over again, I would push myself so hard that I’d crash, then need way too long to recover.

Everytime, the recovery took longer and longer!

I thought that was just how life worked 👀

I believed being productive was the goal.

Rest felt impossible 🥺

I didn’t even know what rest looked like if I wasn’t “doing” something.

Aka being productive 😣

And while there’s a ton of information out there about feminine and masculine energy, none of it really landed for me because experiencing that shift is what actually makes it real.

The balance isn’t theoretical.

It’s lived.

It’s embodied.

And for me, that took time.

Unlearning. Relearning. Falling out of balance. Getting back in. Again and again.

It took experiencing something different to finally feel the feminine energy that had been there all along.

And here’s what I want you to know:

There is away back.. A remembering.

But before we go there - let’s pause and talk about something important... A misconception that most of us carry 🧐

It’s Not Your Fault If You Thought Being Feminine Meant Being Weak

That idea?

It’s not yours.

It’s the result of generations of survival.

Of watching the women before us push through, hold it all together, do what needed to be done.

We learned that to be heard, to be respected, to succeed, we had to lead with our masculine energy.

And we did.

But the feminine?

The wisdom of softness, surrender, pleasure, rest, radiance?

It got lost or rather we turned our backs to it.

We never learnt how to access it.

So if you’ve leaned into masculine energy your whole life, please hear this:

It’s not your fault ❤️

You did what you had to do to make it this far 🥺

But now, you get to choose something different.

You get to return.

To invite the feminine back in.

To create a new rhythm for your life... one that brings softness, flow, and power back into your body.

How This Shows Up in Everyday Life

Maybe you’re already feeling the pull.

Maybe it’s been whispering to you in small ways.

The signs are there, hiding in plain sight.

For example…

Ever reached a goal and only felt meh?

Like, sure, you did it. You got what you wanted.

But instead of celebrating, you’re already on to the next thing.

That’s when “success” starts to feel empty.

Not because you didn’t do enough, but because the way you did it wasn’t aligned.

When the journey is rushed, dry, disconnected, focused only on the destination…

You never actually feel the success 😣

This kind of pattern is often a result of being in overdrive with distorted masculine energy.

Here’s how else it might show up:

  • Burnout from endless productivity

  • Struggling to receive help or compliments

  • Needing to control everything (and everyone)

  • Chronic stress and anxiety

  • Feeling cut off from your intuition

  • Fear of being vulnerable or “soft”

If you’re nodding along… I see you.

I was you 🥲

But know that you don’t have to stay there 🩷

There’s another way.

A more 'you' way.

One that honors your truth, your rhythm, your wisdom 🌸

The Return to the Divine Feminine

This return isn’t a trend.

It’s not about performing softness or pretending to be peaceful.

It's not sage and luxury spa or whatever you see portrayed as the feminine energy.

It’s a deep, sacred reconnection.

To your body.

To your power.

To the archetypes of the feminine that live in all of us.

If this path speaks to you, you’re invited to experience:
